Went out for four miles tonight. Right quad was feeling kind of tight all day, so I wanted to take it easy but in this humidity I end up feeling like I'm working really hard anyway. Just happy to get a run in when it was pretty nice out.
The wife and I are jazzed at the start of American Ninja Warrior tonight. If you don't follow it, I'd strongly recommend it. These people are excellent athletes but beyond that you get the feeling they are really incredible people, with a very supportive athlete-based community. Reminds me a lot of marathon runners I know.
