One quick mile today after more hammock time. Feeling very humid out, and I am thinking there is a better chance of rain tomorrow than is predicted. We'll see. I'm hoping to cover about five miles tomorrow and get in some hill repeats.
Hiking schedule is laid out for the next couple of weeks, and it looks like I'll be getting in some good distances not running. Pretty excited for that, both to put the new watch to use and also to get some lower intensity work done on the old aerobic system.
