Ran a good three and a half miles tonight. Have been trying to keep an eye on the heart rate, but I think I'm slightly off in terms of the numbers Strava is using to calculate them.
I haven't updated a recent race time since I ran the BAA Half back in 2014, so I will update with the data from the 5k I'm running this weekend.
I'm not really sure how seriously I take all the numbers, anyway. But I'm trying to run easier to see if I can do more with less effort. We'll see how it goes. So far ten days into the streak I feel pretty strong, and I'm managing to pull myself out the door everyday.
